Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a product refund (*Earrings may not be returned due to hygiene reasons*)
Pieces purchased on sale, or any item that has been altered may not be returned or exchanged.
There is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Returned merchandise must be in good condition without scratches, alterations, etc..
Before returning merchandise, please contact us. All merchandise should be returned fully insured in a well-padded envelope or box. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. Only items purchased from our online store are eligible for this return policy. Any items purchased through our retailers are subject to individual retailers' policies. |
